We continue the Latvian water skiing route, which began in the 1930s and resumed in the 1950s in Jurmala after the Second World War. We have been in Priedaine since 1973, when a channel for water skiing was created using ground pumps. Many Latvian and USSR champions and record holders have trained here and the highest level competitions have been organized at this site.
In 2015 Adrija Runge won the European Youth Championship gold medal. It gives strength and motivation to further develop Jurmala water skiing and wakeboarding park as a high-level sport and diverse active recreation site.
